Our homecare services are flexible and designed around needs, but also around special interests, life aspirations and the goals of each individual. With hundreds of healthcare workers offering a broad range of life and clinical skills, we can offer a comprehensive range of homecare services from domestic assistance, specialist nursing right through to 24 hour support.

One of the unique strengths of Drake Medox's support services is the ability to find, select and match the right staff to the people we support. We do this through our extensive recruitment process, initial induction and ongoing staff development. 

We also have dedicated homecare and clinical consultants who are responsible for the day-to-day running of each care plan.  Open and regular communication is always encouraged and our staff's wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding of in-home support provides a service that many have come to trust and rely upon. 

We are also an approved provider of services for individuals who are funded by the government.

Residential or Assisted Living Staffing

Drake Medox is a provider of staff to residential and assisted living facilities across New Zealand.  With a large database of qualified and professional healthcare workers, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and Mental Health Support Workers, we can coordinate your roster or provide staff "on demand".

All Drake Medox staff undergo our accredited recruitment process.  To ensure the safety of our clients and carers, Drake Medox undertakes a number of important OH&S procedures and processes.

Drake Medox can provide staff to your organisation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
